Mission

Sudbury for Digital Balance (SDB) is a local group of parents, educators, and health care providers dedicated to the well-being of our children with a focus on how to best navigate their digital world with intentionality. Our mission is to help provide the freedom for kids and teens to develop socially and excel academically, while minimizing the negative effects of technology.
